Arcaden is an online casual games arcade that supports the X-To-Play-To-Win approach. Apollo Academy (more commonly known as A2cademy) offers a wide variety of mediums and topics for learning. These include Courses, Seminars, Podcasts, Panel Discussions, AMAs and more. While we started primarily focused on GameFi related topics, we have since expanded our curriculum to include all topics Web 3.0 including DeFi, TradeFi, NFTFi, and more. Maslow is a Decentralised Labour Exchange (DLX) which plans to use NFTs as credentials to verify the capability, reliability, and honesty of both Employees and Employers on our platform. It is a project that combines the best of traditional platforms like Upwork and Fiverr with the added benefits of blockchain technology. Transactions and payments will be done via smart contract technology allowing workers to connect directly with clients, allowing them to transact securely and efficiently without the need for intermediaries. The platform will be focusing on 3 main markets; the gigs economy, the freelancer market, as well as the full-time/part-time job market beginning with the former. In its current form, the product is branded as a X2E job board and provided as a service to Web3 projects and other employers looking for a Web3-native workforce. Eventually, Maslow would be launched as a bidirectional marketplace where employers and employees can both post listings about jobs and services provided respectively. It is the official SBT (Soulbound Token) for Salad Ventures, using KYC (Know Your Customer) as the condition to mint via the ownership of the Galxe Passport. As of 16th March 2023, more than 28,000 NFTs have been minted. This is the first key requirement for our community and users to enter and explore the ever-evolving Salad X2Earn ecosystem. ### **✅ World of Arcaden: G3M NFTs - Genesis Launch** In line with our Salad Passport launch, we soon introduced our G3M NFTs campaign via Galxe on the BNB Chain. As of 16th March 2023, over **1 Million NFTs** from this collection have been minted. While anyone can participate in the G3M Campaign and mint Purple G3Ms after completing a variety of tasks, forging them to get rarer G3Ms is only eligible to "real users". This KYC-gated feature requires users to own the Salad Passport to unlock it. ### **✅ Arcaden - Conceptualisation and POC** We conceptualised and built Arcaden.com, launching the alpha version to a private group of users to collect feedback and proof of concept. We also completed the mobile version of the platform that can accept multiple tokens in exchange for credits used to play hyper casual games. Users can get tickets by playing games on the application, with each ticket giving them one chance to spin the gacha machine and win NFT prizes. ### **✅ Maslow - Conceptualisation and POC** We started the conceptualisation and development processes of Maslow, a Decentralised Labour Exchange (DLX). A proof of concept model of Maslow was built for micro-tasks such as for app downloads and a successful campaign was run to test the app's job assignment and reward functions. ### **✅** GuildOS - Opening the Floodgates with Core After developing GuildOS:Core which is currently used by the Apollo Squad, we onboard guild owners and their scholars periodically to collect real user feedback. The World of Arcaden - G3M NFT Series consists of G3Ms with several rarity tiers that can be obtained through various tasks such as retweeting a tweet, testing an app, attending an AMA, or attending an in-real-life event hosted by Salad. The difficulty, frequency and time required for the task will determine the reward, with more challenging tasks yielding higher rewards. Collectors can mint and use the Purple G3M to forge G3Ms to higher tiers and participate in leaderboards to earn additional rewards. The G3M NFT Series is built on BNB Chain, as a BEP-721 Token. G3Ms can also be traded and/or purchased via marketplaces such as [opensea.io](https://opensea.io/collection/woa-g3ms)
While the G3M Campaign is open to all, the forging feature will only be available to those who have undergone Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and have obtained the Salad Passport in order to minimise (if not prevent) exploitation of the minting system. To incentivize collectors, a leaderboard system will be implemented and rewards will be distributed on a monthly basis. There will be two rewards systems in place, with details on how to qualify and the specific rewards offered to be announced at a later date. The leaderboard and reward system provide an additional layer of engagement and competition for collectors, encouraging them to increase the rarity and value of their G3M collection through forging and other means. Only wallets with the Salad Passport minted are qualified to participate in the leaderboards. The prize pool of the leaderboard will be affected by several factors such as number of active participants, new users acquired (number of Salad Passports minted), trading volume of the G3M NFTs, as well as partnerships and sponsorships for the campaign.
